Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

No Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and short shelf life of flowers, we do not accept cancellations for any reason. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any floral arrangements or products. All sales are final.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
a. Quality Issues: If you receive a floral arrangement with noticeable quality issues, such as wilting or damaged flowers, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will assess the situation. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
b. Non-Delivery: If a delivery issue arises and your order was not delivered, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be issued after we investigate the matter and confirm the non-delivery.

Payment Unsuccessful / Payment Pending

If your online payment is shown as unsuccessful, failed, or pending, but the amount has already been deducted from your bank account or payment method, please do not make another payment immediately.

Payment failures or pending transactions may occur for various reasons, including but not limited to unstable internet connections, network interruptions, bank or payment provider issues, or technical issues during the payment process.

The payment may still be processing through our third-party payment gateway, HitPay. In such cases, we may need to wait for the payment gateway to confirm and process the transaction before the funds can be returned.

Please allow up to 30 business days for the payment to be processed and/or returned to your original payment method, depending on the processing time of HitPay, the third-party payment gateway, and the respective bank or payment provider.

Mcvis Florist is unable to manually expedite or control the processing time of refunds handled by the third-party payment gateway or financial institution.

If the payment is eventually confirmed as successful, your order will be processed accordingly. If the payment is confirmed as unsuccessful and the amount has been deducted, the funds will be returned according to the payment gateway's and bank's processing timeline.

In such cases, we offer refund in the form of gift credits. To be eligible for a refund, you must have registered an account on our website https://floristpenang.com.my/. If you do not have an account, please create here: https://floristpenang.com.my/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount. Upon approval of your refund request, we will issue the refund amount in the form of gift credits. Gift credits will be added to your registered account within 30 days from the date of approval.
