  • Mcvis Florist operates and delivers daily from 10am till 6pm. We will only process your order upon receipt of payment.
  • Orders and payments received before 4am (Malaysia time) can be delivered within same day before 7pm.
  • Otherwise, the orders will be delivered on the next day, upon confirmation of orders and payments.
  • If you require urgent delivery or special arrangement, please do not hesitate to contact us at 016-421 4513.
  • For special festival/occasion, please make your order 2 days in advance. Materials used in all arrangements are subject to their availability. When an item is not available, the closest substitute of a similar value will be used. Our flower arrangement skill is monitored by our quality control team. We have reserved the rights
    1. to change the paper color comparing to website pictures,
    2. to change the flower color if the color is unavailable.
    3. to modify the wrapping style according to our florist’s justification.
    4. to modify the add-on materials, ribbons, sub-flowers, based on florist’s experience and expertise.
    5. For hamper basket, bear bouquet, condolence and opening flower stand, gifts, we have reserved the rights to substitute the content if materials are unavailable, but we promise to deliver the same value as the one originally promised.
  • Due to seasonal and regional availability, arrangements may differ from photo depictions. We do our best to ensure the bouquet you order closely resembles the bouquet/arrangement as shown on the photo, but not all flowers/arrangements shown on the website are available at all time.
  • When particular flowers are requested out of season, we will do our best to accommodate such requests, but the size, shape or colour may vary because of limited availability.
  • If any particular type of flowers or colour is unavailable due to season, shipment delays, or other supply obstacles, we reserve the right to substitute with a suitable material at our discretion, without prior notice or obligations to you. Vases and baskets will be substituted with the closest design. Dimensions of products in the website are rough estimates.
  • Please note that, as with all natural products, there may be slight variances in color. The stylings photographed on our website are shown to give an impression of the size and style of the floral arrangement.
  • We seek for your kind understanding that request for specific delivery time or time frame (12 – 5pm) cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the drivers’ delivery routes scheduled for that day.
  • We may contact you if there’s any missing information, but that could cause unnecessary delays in our order fulfillment. If other choices sender selected and the delivery failure or delay not caused by us, we reserve the right to impose of RM20-RM50 surcharge on the sender. Example of delivery failure or delay are:
    1. Incorrect delivery address given from sender.
    2. Incorrect delivery date given from sender.
    3. No one is home during your selected delivery time
  • You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick the arrangement up from our store.

Returns/Refund Policy

  • Shall you find any problem for your order, please notify us upon receive the order immediately as most of our order is perishable. We will give you a free-replacement. Any complaints received after 2 hours will not be entertained.
  • Please note that you will need to send us a photo of the damaged flowers for complaints function in between 2 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement flowers at our next available delivery date.
  • Cancellation is not allowed when the delivery has been attempted.

    1. Before 48-hours (based on date in order form): refund 100% To Mcvis Gift Card .
    2. Less than 48-hours (based on date in order form): refund 50% Mcvis Gift Card .

    • Actual arrangements may differ due to seasonal availability.

    We do not guarantee that any product will exactly match images shown online.

    SECTION 3 – ORDERS

    All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase. Mcvis Florist reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

    Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed, especially for same-day or scheduled floral deliveries.

    Returns, refunds or replacements are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

    SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

    All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

    Prices may change without prior notice. Taxes, delivery fees and other applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

    You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

    SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    Mcvis Florist is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Traffic conditions

    • Weather conditions

    • Third-party couriers

    • Incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by the customer

    Once an order is delivered to the provided address or accepted by the recipient, it is deemed successfully fulfilled.
    After delivery, we are not responsible for the condition of flowers due to environmental factors or handling by the recipient.

    SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content on this site, including images, text, logos, designs and graphics, is the property of Mcvis Florist and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws.

    All purchases are made directly with Mcvis Florist, not Shopify. Shopify bears no responsibility for any transactions between you and us.
