While reference images reflect the intended style and colour tone, every arrangement remains one of a kind. Exact replication is neither intended nor guaranteed. Due to natural variations in flowers, seasonal availability, or market conditions, certain elements may be substituted when necessary.
Any substitution will be made with flowers or materials of equal or higher value, while preserving the original design concept, colour harmony, and overall sophistication.
Selected vases, wrapping, or floral details may vary. To ensure optimal freshness and longevity, some flowers may be delivered in bud form.

Delivery Time Policy
At Mcvis Florist, your selected delivery time is important to us and is used as our primary delivery reference.
We will make every effort to arrange delivery within the chosen time slot. However, in rare cases, external factors such as weather conditions, traffic situations, or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.
Should this happen, please be assured that deliveries will still be completed as close as possible to your selected time, with the same level of care and professionalism.
